Wakelead is a browser extension with an AI assistant that drops straight into your CRM. You chat with it in plain English — find deals, create contacts, pull pipeline analytics — no menus, no clicks, just words.
Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM — all three coming Q2 2026. We are in the waitlist phase right now; join to be first in line and lock in early-bird pricing.
Yes — every new account gets 20 queries on signup with no card required. Need more? Plus is $19/mo (~200–400 queries) and Pro is $39/mo (~500–1,000 queries) with BYOK for your own OpenRouter key.
02 /Install
Once we ship in Q2 2026, you install Wakelead from the Chrome Web Store, open your CRM, and the chat button appears automatically. Setup takes about 30 seconds. Join the waitlist to get the install link the day it goes live.
Google Chrome 110 or newer, plus any Chromium-based browser: Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera, Vivaldi.
Check that the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions, then refresh your CRM tab. If it still misbehaves, drop us a line through the support form.
03 /Billing
Plus is $19/mo: ~200–400 queries on our key. Great for solo daily use. Pro is $39/mo: ~500–1,000 queries plus BYOK — bring your own OpenRouter key and pay LLM costs directly while picking any model you want. Pro suits heavy daily users and anyone who wants a DPA. Actual query counts vary with complexity: a simple lookup is cheap, a quarterly pipeline summary is heavier.
Per user — one account, one seat. Each rep installs the extension and subscribes individually. We do not offer team plans with unified billing yet; if you need multiple seats, subscribe each user separately.
Open the Billing section in your dashboard and click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. EU customers can also use SEPA Direct Debit.
Yes — Pro plan includes BYOK. Paste your OpenRouter key in settings and LLM calls bill straight to your OpenRouter account, so you pick the exact model and pay model costs at cost. We just charge the $39/mo for the product itself.
04 /Security
Yes. Your CRM data is processed in your browser — it never hits our servers. The AI model only sees the context of your current request, not your full CRM database. Every write action (create, update, delete) requires explicit user confirmation before it runs.
Yes — Wakelead is GDPR and CCPA compliant by design. Infrastructure runs in US (us-east-1) and EU (eu-west-1) regions, so EU customer data stays in the EU. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap. A DPA is available on request for Pro customers — email [email protected].
Your OpenRouter key (BYOK) lives only in the extension's local browser storage. It is never sent to Wakelead's servers — calls go from your browser directly to OpenRouter.
Every write action is logged in your CRM's audit log under your user account, exactly as if you had made the change yourself. You always have a full trail.
Open Settings in the dashboard and hit Delete account. We purge your account and any usage metadata within 30 days. You can request export beforehand by emailing [email protected].
