01 · capabilities

Analytics your CRM never had. Actions to close the loop.

Wakelead is a Chrome extension that lives inside Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. It reads what's already on your screen through your own session — no integrators, no API keys from IT, no nightly ETL.

Deep analytics your CRM never had

Pipeline by stage, conversion rates, deal velocity, forgotten leads, segment LTV. Wakelead reads the full CRM history and surfaces patterns where a normal report stays silent.

›_ where are we losing deals and how much is stuck?

Questions reports can't answer

Which reps are overloaded, which accounts are under-warmed, which segment has the highest LTV. Plain English in — structured answer out, every time.

›_ which reps slipped on conversion this month?

From insight to action

Reassign a rep, reactivate a lead, create a task, message a customer. All from chat — but only after an explicit confirmation. Read-only by default.

›_ reactivate leads cold for >14d in procurement
02 · who it's for

Wakelead solves a different problem depending on the seat.

One install, three jobs — sales leaders, founders, and reps each get the cut of the data that matters to them.

VP Sales / Sales Lead

Pipeline health, without chasing reps for status.

See who's overloaded and who's leaving leads cold — before the quarter closes. Real-time picture without a Tuesday sync.

›_ show me reps with conversion drops this month
Founder / CEO

A clear sales picture without depending on your sales lead.

Decisions on numbers, not vibes. Forecast and stuck revenue in one chat window — readable in 30 seconds, not 30 dashboards.

›_ how much will we close this month against quota?
AE / SDR

Stop spending the morning on "what did I forget?"

Get a prioritized list of leads to work today in one query. Wakelead tells you exactly who to warm up next — and why.

›_ my leads for today by priority
03 · how it works

Three steps. From install to first insight.

Wakelead is a browser extension, not a SaaS that needs onboarding. You install, open your CRM, and start asking.

01

Install the extension

Wakelead ships from the Chrome Web Store. No admin rights, no IT ticket, no API tokens. About 30 seconds from click to first query.

02

Ask what reports can't show

Where the funnel stalls. Which leads are forgotten. Where a rep is pushing too hard and where they're leaving room. Plain English, structured answer.

wakelead> why did conversion drop in August?
> reading 4,128 records (browser-side)
> synthesizing 3 hypotheses…
03

Turn insight into action

Reassign a rep, move a stage, create a task, message a customer — all from chat. Every mutation waits for an explicit confirmation and lands in the audit log.

wakelead> reactivate 12 cold leads
> preview 12 changes
> awaiting confirmation
04 · integrations

Lives inside your CRM. Pulls context from everywhere else.

The CRM is the home base. Calendar, email, billing, and meeting notes plug in so Wakelead can reason about the full lifecycle of a lead — not just what's typed into a deal record.

Native CRM hosts

Wakelead loads as a sidebar inside these CRMs, reads through your own session, and never round-trips data through our servers.

05 · architecture

Customer data stays in your browser. Compliance by architecture, not promises.

Client-side by design

Wakelead makes CRM calls directly from your browser using your existing session cookies and CSRF token — exactly the way you'd click through the UI yourself. Our backend handles billing and request metadata. Your deals, contacts, prices, and threads never reach our servers.

  • CRM payloads stay in the browser tab — we are physically not connected to your CRM API.
  • Question text + minimal context is what reaches the LLM. No private fields.
  • BYOK on Pro: your OpenRouter key lives in chrome.storage.local, sandboxed by Chrome.
  • Every CRM mutation waits for confirmation and writes to an audit log.
  • GDPR & CCPA-aligned. US (us-east-1) + EU (eu-west-1). DPA on request.

07 · faq

Questions we hear a lot.

Can't find the answer? [email protected] · we reply within a day.

Wakelead is a Chrome extension that embeds into your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Open your CRM and a sidebar chat appears. Ask in plain English — Wakelead reads the data through your own browser session, sends the question to an LLM, and returns an analytic view, an insight, or a suggested action.
No. Install from the Chrome Web Store, sign in, open your CRM. About 30 seconds. No CRM admin rights, no API tokens from IT, no data exports. It runs with your normal user permissions inside the CRM.
It does not. CRM calls run directly from your browser through your own session cookies and CSRF token — exactly as if you clicked through the UI yourself. Deals, contacts, pricing, conversations: we do not see, store, or log them. Only your question text and minimal context needed by the LLM reach our backend.
Each is opt-in per workspace and runs through standard OAuth. Tokens stay in chrome.storage.local. Wakelead reads only what's needed (e.g. thread metadata, meeting cadence) and never writes back without your confirmation.
Yes, by architecture. Servers run in US (us-east-1) and EU (eu-west-1). Customer CRM data physically does not reach our backend. Every CRM mutation requires explicit confirmation and lands in the audit log. SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap. DPA is available on request for any paid plan.
Yes, on the Pro plan. The key lives only in chrome.storage.local — the isolated browser-extension store, sandboxed by Chrome. The key is never sent to our backend. The LLM call goes from your browser straight to OpenRouter under your key.
Every create/update/delete in CRM requires confirmation. Wakelead shows a preview: "Deal #1247 → stage Negotiation → owner Smith → Jones." You hit Confirm — only then it runs. Confirmed actions also land in the audit log inside Wakelead, and you can roll them back through the CRM's native history.
Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho ship at launch (Q2 2026). The architecture is CRM-agnostic — a shared core plus a thin adapter per CRM. Leave a note on the waitlist and we'll scope an adapter (typically 1–2 weeks).
